About this role
Role Overview
Develop briefs for online and offline requests;
Support and organize the implementation of planned activities;
Ensure consistency of the brand visual identity across all touchpoints;
Monitor and execute marketing campaigns for launches, promotional activities and real estate sales events;
Collaborate and work directly with partner agencies to efficiently execute marketing strategies;
Manage relationships with suppliers, printing vendors and media outlets;
Support strategic planning and the execution of strategies;
Follow up on promotional materials and manage inventory and distribution;
Track ongoing projects (receive requests, execute, budget and install materials at points of sale);
Use copywriting techniques for advertising pieces;
Manage time efficiently to deliver campaigns on schedule;
Liaise with HR, Architecture, Engineering, IT, Finance and Procurement to optimize internal processes;
Support HR in preparing materials and internal communications;
Prepare presentations;
Review and edit advertising materials;
Organize and monitor schedules;
Monitor performance metrics of online and offline channels to drive process improvements;
Produce and review content for social media, blog, email marketing and other digital channels;
Manage issuance, tracking and forwarding of payments and invoices to the Finance department;
Monitor brokers' performance and provide support with materials and campaigns;
Conduct benchmarking and market research to identify opportunities and trends;
Create and manage campaign timelines, respecting deadlines and budget;
Create, review and coordinate promotional materials (brochures, emails, banners, videos, signage, billboards, etc.);
Track lead generation and the sales funnel together with the sales team;
Monitor paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads);
Monitor metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROI) and propose optimizations;
Administer tools such as CRM, RD Station, Bitrix, etc.;
Analyze performance of campaigns and products on the market;
Support the organization of launch events, sales open houses and promotional activities;
Ensure communication and staging of model units, stands and signage;
Support the sales and brokerage teams with sales collateral;
Demonstrate analytical ability and strong command of marketing metrics;
Plan timelines and deliverables with agencies and suppliers (media, design, video, etc.).
Requirements
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva; Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus).
Experience with paid media.
Digital Marketing and Inbound Marketing. SEO and content strategy.
Familiarity with real estate portals (Viva Real, OLX, Zap Imóveis, etc.).
Understanding of consumer behavior and decision-making when purchasing property.
Preferred: Experience in the real estate sector.
