Provide expert advice on the design, implementation and improvement of safety management systems and safety risk management processes.
Deliver training, workshops and facilitated sessions to develop client capability in safety management and safety performance measurement.
Mentor consultants and provide technical guidance to support professional development and competence progression.
Support the development and maintenance of consulting products, services and intellectual property aligned with SMARRT MAP™.
Contribute to business development activities including proposal development, pre-sales discussions and thought leadership.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor to support long-term account growth.
