Create high-fidelity interfaces with attention to visual design, typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and component variations.
Structure wireframes and user flows based on requirements defined together with Product Managers.
Ensure Design QA before and after handoff by reviewing prototypes and flows for consistency prior to delivery and validating the implementation in production.
Work in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, participating in sprints and agile development cycles.
Deliver work in a fast-paced environment, meeting regular deadlines and addressing urgent requests when necessary.
Keep files, flows, and priorities organized to ensure clarity and efficiency in the design process.
Operate with autonomy and responsibility, managing tasks independently while staying aligned with design and product leadership.

Contribute to continuous improvements in the Design System, workflows, and design practices.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX/UI projects for digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design systems.
Strong experience in interface design (UI), with attention to detail, visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
Ability to structure wireframes and user flows in collaboration with Product Managers.
Experience with Design QA before and after handoff, ensuring quality in delivery and implementation.
Interest and passion for building digital products, understanding the intersection of design, business, and technology.
Strategic thinking combined with precise execution, balancing a macro vision with attention to detail.
Knowledge of UX best practices, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
Proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototypes and creating reusable components.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions and align cross-functional teams.
Advanced English, required for meetings and collaboration in a global environment.
