Strong analytical skills — ability to read, interpret, and generate data reports
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and Google Suite
Minimum 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations-related role
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong interpersonal and soft skills — able to communicate effectively with diverse teams
