About this role
Role Overview
Identify and prospect potential companies for B2B partnerships
Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
Qualify leads and understand customer needs
Hold sales meetings and present the solution
Build proposals and lead negotiations through to contract closing
Manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel
Work with sales targets and KPIs
Handoff to the team responsible for customer relationship management
Keep the CRM updated and monitor sales metrics
Identify opportunities to improve the sales process
Requirements
Experience selling corporate benefits, services or B2B solutions
Experience with outbound prospecting
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus)
Experience managing end-to-end sales processes
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, results-oriented profile
