About this role
Role Overview
Manage a team of skilled enterprise sellers to create demand, generate pipeline, manage territories, and negotiate complex agreements.
Sell software solutions to exec level stakeholders, navigating complex sales cycles, building consensus across teams and successfully driving sales processes to close.
Be able to manage dynamic forecast models of sales projections and actuals, monthly.
Provide field facing feedback to internal cross functional stakeholders, be an excellent team player with demand marketing and presales resources.
Identify and build opportunities to grow your team's business and apply a strategic, detail-oriented approach to your sales process.
Take a modern approach to demand generation and outreach tactics.
Requirements
8 + years relative experience in SaaS sales, ideally selling to marketing and eCommerce buyers.
Ability to coach on identifying target accounts, appropriate contacts within that account, and formulate strategies to generate demand.
Ability to coach a team on generating, qualifying, and executing opportunities in order to exceed revenue targets.
Proven ability to articulate a vision that resonates with the customer and demonstrates value.
Experience using two-way discovery to uncover customer need and matches solutions to that need.
Ability to build trusted relationships.
A strong understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors to bring to sales cycles.
Effectively create and articulates ROI in the negotiation process to maximize revenue potential.
