Role Overview
- Own the implementation of WalkMe for customers
- Design and build solutions to enhance user experience
- Lead end-to-end WalkMe projects

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, or Customer Success
- 3+ years of SaaS experience
- Previous experience with the WalkMe platform or similar tools is a plus
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Analytical mindset
