Role Overview
- Analyze and resolve user tickets on a day-to-day basis
- Assess, configure, and test small requested enhancements
- Support user testing by guiding them on system processes and functionalities
- Analyze existing customizations when necessary
- Participate in meetings as requested by leadership
Requirements
- Knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting in SAP FSM (SAP Field Service Management)
- Experience providing application support at levels 2 and 3
- More than 7 years of experience working on SAP FSM projects
- Experience with international/global projects or support
- Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
- Advanced English
- Soft skill: collaborative team player
- Good communication and proactivity
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
