Support one of our largest global strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and ongoing client needs.
Work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless execution, proactive communication, and high-quality client service.
Build strong working relationships across the customer’s organization, identify opportunities to improve processes and drive incremental growth.
Partner internally to deliver effective, timely solutions and help optimize daily operations while supporting long-term account success.

5+ years of Global Enterprise Account Management experience in the payments industry
Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email) and track record of creating and executing strategic account plans
Strong grasp of industry trends and competitive landscape
Familiarity and first-hand knowledge in fintech, banking or payments
Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, and resourceful
Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner
Experience or familiarity with high-growth fintechs and financial services companies
Card Issuing and Processing experience
