Manage and execute a detailed communications calendar for BBYO Passport travel programs
Assist with website updates and ensure content is refreshed ahead of summer launch
Draft and edit written communications (emails, letters, blog-style parent trip updates, etc.) for parents, teens, and stakeholders
Curate and organize photography archive for marketing and social media content
Learn and use key digital tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Umbraco, Sprout Social, Airtable, and ClickSend (prior experience not required)
Support real-time trip communications, including logistical updates and engaging storytelling
Take on special projects to enhance BBYO Passport’s marketing and communications efforts
Other duties as assigned

College student enrolled in marketing, communications, journalism, or media
Strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to pivot quickly when needed
Excited to learn and apply best practices in digital marketing and communications
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team
Familiar with BBYO, teen travel, or Jewish community experiences (preferred but not required)
