5+ years of software product management experience using agile methodologies, with a track record of building complex web and mobile applications.
Proven ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from initial discovery through to adoption and iteration.
A highly collaborative and empathic approach that ensures internal stakeholders feel informed, included, and empowered by the tools you build.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate that feature proposals are well-matched to actual user problems.
Proficiency in understanding system architecture and collaborating on technical requirements; ability to use BI tools to answer product questions.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the comfort to own ambiguous problems, pivot based on new information, and find creative solutions to systemic challenges in a fast-paced environment.
