Build and own the German sales pipeline end-to-end, identifying, pitching, and closing brands for social commerce partnerships
Establish and nurture strong platform relationships, especially with TikTok’s DACH team and other relevant social commerce partners
Lead GoSpooky’s commercial market entry in Germany, shaping the go-to-market strategy and positioning the agency locally
Identify and qualify high-potential DTC and mid-market brands, ensuring strong commercial fit and successful long-term partnerships
Collaborate with teams in Amsterdam across strategy, operations, paid social, and creative to deliver best-in-class social commerce programs
Contribute to the development of the German team, providing input on hiring and shaping the local structure as the market grows
Provide market insights and strategic input to help evolve GoSpooky’s social commerce playbooks across Europe

5-8+ years of experience in e-commerce, social commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace/platform sales
A proven business development track record, ideally building a pipeline and closing deals in the German market
Strong understanding of social commerce ecosystems, including TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, affiliate commerce, or DTC marketplaces
Experience managing senior stakeholders and platform partnerships (e.g., TikTok, Meta, or other commerce platforms)
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building new initiatives from scratch and thriving in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Native German language skills and fluent English
A results-driven commercial mindset, with familiarity with performance metrics such as GMV, ROAS, and conversion rates
