Act on processes for prevention and mitigation of fraud in credit and debit cards, focusing on preventive and reactive analyses and ensuring compliance with Visa and Mastercard rules.
Handle chargeback disputes due to fraud, ensuring correct classification under card network codes, compliance with regulatory deadlines, and proper management of documentation and evidence.
Analyze and interpret card fraud modus operandi, identifying behavior patterns, flow vulnerabilities, and opportunities to improve existing controls.
Act with agility and dynamism in preventive and reactive measures, balancing operational efficiency, cooperative member experience, and mitigation of financial risk.
Use and operate monitoring and fraud prevention tools, including solutions approved by the card networks and internal systems, ensuring correct interpretation of disputes.
Contribute to the design, review, and improvement of processes and workflows, collaborating with internal areas (Channels, Monitoring, Products, Legal, and Technology).
Requirements
Experience with card products, payment methods, or fraud prevention.
Extensive knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules and tools.
Knowledge of data, metrics, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
Interest or experience with automation, AI, and fraud detection models.
Experience in dynamic environments with high data volume and critical decision-making.
