Grow sales, margin, and market share by developing and executing strategic business plans for assigned markets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for builder, distributor, and influencer accounts, ensuring effective communication of Electrolux brand strategies.
Convert leads to bids and bids to contracts by leveraging CRM/lead systems and understanding key builders across Single Family, Multi‑Family, and MRO segments.
Conduct product training and merchandising support in showrooms to drive specification, floor placement, and contract opportunities.
Support new product introductions by promoting offerings and ensuring proper display and product knowledge.
Monitor competitive activity, inventory levels, and open orders, providing insights and recommending adjustments as needed.
Facilitate execution of sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives, including participation in trade and industry events.
Lead new builder/distributor account setup and support efficient processes for parts ordering, credits, and overall account operations.
Requirements
Post Secondary Education
3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the appliance, builder, or related industry.
Proven track record in merchandising, territory management, and closing sales in builder or contract markets.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence diverse customer groups.
High energy, self-driven, and able to manage extensive travel within territory.
