Zoom is seeking a Global Channel Benefits Manager to design and scale a world-class partner benefits program that supports their global partner ecosystem. This role involves defining and operationalizing partner benefits to drive adoption of Zoom products and enhance partner experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve Zoom’s global channel benefits framework, aligned with company growth priorities and partner segmentation
- Define tiered benefits across the partner lifecycle (Authorized, Silver, Gold, Platinum, etc.)
- Develop scalable benefits including rebates, incentives, MDF, training, certifications, and co-selling opportunities
- Benchmark against leading SaaS and UCaaS providers to maintain a competitive partner value proposition
- Own end-to-end implementation of channel benefits programs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
- Partner with regional channel and operations teams to ensure consistent rollout and adoption
- Establish clear program guidelines, policies, and governance models
- Collaborate with systems teams to operationalize benefits in partner portals and tools
- Ensure partners clearly understand and can easily access their benefits within the Zoom Partner Connect ecosystem
- Work with Partner Marketing and Enablement to create compelling messaging and campaigns
- Gather partner feedback and insights to continuously improve benefit offerings
- Support initiatives that drive partner activation, retention, and growth
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Partner Operations teams
- Align benefits with pricing strategies, promotions, and GTM initiatives (e.g., Zoom Phone expansion, Contact Center growth)
- Support product launches with partner-facing incentives and enablement benefits
- Coordinate with finance on budgeting, accruals, and ROI tracking for rebates and MDF
- Define and track KPIs such as partner-sourced revenue, influenced pipeline, program adoption, and ROI
- Build dashboards and own reporting to ensure ROI for Zoom and our Partners
- Ensure benefits programs comply with global financial, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Manage risk related to incentives, rebates, and partner eligibility
- Maintain program integrity and transparency across all regions
