About this role
Role Overview
Provide senior expertise and leadership to our Design teams across multiple offices, collaborating closely with Community Planning, Environmental, Cultural Resources, Historic Preservation, and Housing teams
Help lead project design direction and integrate urban design with landscape architecture, transportation, planning, and public realm initiatives
Play an active role in business development and marketing, including proposals, interviews, and client presentations, while strengthening client relationships
Mentor and support professional and technical staff, fostering collaboration, skill development, and career growth
Manage team workflows, schedules, and resources to meet project requirements
Consistently embody the firm's vision, mission, and core values in your work and interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Architecture, City Planning, or a related field
10+ years of relevant consulting, agency, or municipal experience, including project management and client management
Licensure or certification (PLA, AICP, CNU, LEED or equivalent)
Demonstrated leadership experience in directing teams, mentoring staff, and supporting professional growth
Proven business development and marketing skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and integration of urban design, planning, and landscape architecture
Excellent project management skills, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work across disciplines and with clients
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
