Translate complex accounting arrangements for non-accounting stakeholders.
Supervise external valuation firms for fair value assessments.
Build and scale a global technical accounting function.
Design and refine cross-functional workstreams with various departments.
Coordinate with Financial Reporting for deliverables.
Create a technical accounting playbook and protocols.
Oversee SOX documentation and internal controls.
Manage US GAAP to local GAAP differences.
Facilitate compliance with external auditor reviews and annual audit.
Develop and deliver technical accounting training to departments.

12+ years of relevant accounting work experience.
7+ years of public company accounting experience.
Active CPA designation.
High competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical abilities, highly organized, and exceptional attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to lead projects and meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
