Prepare payroll reporting and perform payroll analysis;
Reconcile balance sheet accounts;
Analyze financial results and vendor/supplier information;
Structure and review financial data and reports;
Perform complex financial data analyses to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
Experience with accounting routines (reconciliations, variance analysis) and/or auditing;
Advanced Excel skills;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, collaborative environment;
Proactive with strong interpersonal skills (internal stakeholder relationships);
Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for four consecutive days, typically during the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
