Plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services generating $2-15M in revenue
Provide operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management
Manage client and community relationships, assessing operations for optimal service
Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff
Recommend methods and resources for service improvement and growth
Manage compliance with all regulations and codes
Ensure adherence to Aramark's safety standards and Business Conduct Policy

Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred
Strong client and customer service focus
Savvy interpersonal skills for effective communication
Ability to understand and implement contractual requirements
Experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
Proven leadership experience through other managers
Experience in budget management and financial analysis
Crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs
