Monitor relationship health across approximately 150 accounts
Conduct structured interviews with stakeholders ranging from Director-level leaders to C-suite executives
Maintain regular communication with Operations to gather account insights, identify emerging concerns, and recognize potential opportunities for growth
Review dashboards and key indicators including budget trends, staffing gaps, survey results, resident experience data, and contract timelines
Analyze data from multiple systems to maintain a clear view of account health
Identify root causes of concerns and coordinate follow-up action plans
Surface expansion or business development opportunities based on account insights
Develop executive-ready summaries and presentations
Maintain disciplined follow-up and professional client communication
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred)
Advanced English proficiency required (written and verbal)
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations roles
Experience managing a high-volume client portfolio (approximately 150 accounts)
Experience identifying growth opportunities, upsell potential, or expansion signals within existing accounts
Polished and confident communicator comfortable engaging senior leadership
Strong interviewing skills with the ability to ask targeted, insightful questions and uncover root causes
Analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Financial literacy and comfort discussing budget trends and performance indicators
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills
Patient, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent with a strong understanding of human relationships
Strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint required)
Technical Skills
Experience working with dashboards and data from multiple sources
Proficiency in Excel
Familiarity with Salesforce
Experience with Power BI dashboards is a strong plus
