Perform administrative and analytical tasks to streamline contract execution
Compile and contribute to Weekly Status Meeting Minutes, Monthly Progress Reports, and Monthly Training Metrics Reports
Provide proactive project coordination to federal leadership and the GDIT team
Provide swift program set-up support within multiple Information Technology systems
Interact regularly with customers to ensure deliverables conform to requirements
Monitor and ensure accuracy of current progression status
Extract and analyze data from management systems to provide leadership with actionable summaries

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Extensive understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping management, processes, and policies
Training/education/experience in task coordination; functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools
Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed
