About this role

Development and implementation of creative content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook
Active management and interaction with the community on relevant channels
Production of video content with added value (planning, shooting and post-production)
Creation of engaging thumbnails and video descriptions to optimize visibility
Evaluation of channel performance and derivation of measures to increase reach and engagement
Active monitoring of trends on the channels to adapt the content strategy
Ensuring a consistent brand message
Close collaboration with the Press & Content team to coordinate publishing schedules

Degree or vocational training in film, media production, communication design or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in content production with a focus on video for web and social media
Strategic management of social media channels for companies, brands or organizations
Experience in video production with smartphone or camera (including editing and sound design)
Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube & relevant tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
Curiosity about new possibilities in the field of AI
Independent working style and team-player mentality
Ideally knowledge in the field of mortgage financing
