Develop and maintain a robust rolling demand forecast for all product categories within Central Europe
Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to build accurate short
and long-term forecasts
Lead the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams
Identify forecast risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand demand drivers and market dynamics
Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure product availability and inventory optimization
Communicate forecast changes and assumptions clearly to cross-functional teams
Monitor key forecast performance indicators (accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turnover)
Utilize demand planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, Anaplan, or similar) for forecasting and reporting
Provide regular performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in demand planning software (SAP APO, IBP, Kinaxis, or equivalent) and Excel (advanced level)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Fluent in German and English
