About this role

Manage, determine and communicate SKU level forecasting for Inventory Management.
Lead demand planning related projects and analytics.
Mentor and train the Demand Planning team.
Assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast.
Collaborate with various departments to adjust and calibrate demand forecasts.
Make recommendations to enhance business processes and identify operational efficiencies.
Lead the process of creating and modifying a demand plan.
Ensure the demand forecast is shared in the required format.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in operations and/or supply chain.
Experience with modeling, forecasting, analysis and simulation tools.
APICS certification (preferred).
Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.
Experience forecasting in sales, marketing operations, finance, and manufacturing.
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities, and critical deadlines.*
