Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience from a manufacturing industry
- Knowledge regarding safety regulations in a manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in production lines and equipment
- Experience with technical documentation
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Good collaboration skills
- Good communication skills
- Meritorious Experience leading trainings
- Knowledge in LEAN
- Knowledge in data analysis
