Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and design thinking principles.
Conduct needs assessments, audience analysis, and content analysis.
Develop assessments, role-based activities, scenario-based activities, and practice opportunities.
Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
Create visually compelling layouts, infographics, illustrations, and multimedia.
Maintain alignment with BD brand and visual identity.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, reviews, and communications.
Collaborate with SMEs, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
Evaluate learning experiences and apply insights.
