About this role
Role Overview
- Design and develop learning solutions across all major modalities, including eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual ILT (VILT), microlearning, video-based learning, job aids, toolkits, guides, and simulations.
- Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and design thinking principles.
- Conduct needs assessments, audience analysis, and content analysis.
- Develop assessments, role-based activities, scenario-based activities, and practice opportunities.
- Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
- Create visually compelling layouts, infographics, illustrations, and multimedia.
- Maintain alignment with BD brand and visual identity.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, reviews, and communications.
- Collaborate with SMEs, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate learning experiences and apply insights.
Requirements
- Skilled in instructional design with experience translating complex topics into clear, engaging learning
- Strong visual design skills and familiarity with modern digital design tools
- Comfortable organizing multiple projects and prioritizing effectively
- Experienced working with subject experts and teams from different areas
