Requirements
- Experience in B2B customer service, ideally in plastics or related industrial sectors
- Basic knowledge of material properties (plastics, additives, compounding, etc.)
- Comfortable communicating in English and Spanish
- Analytical thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills
