1 - PST Remote Customer Service Representative

Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified call center providing remote customer service support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service companies across the U.S. The Remote Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls, provide professional customer service, and schedule appointments while managing multiple clients and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls for home service clients
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality support
• Navigate multiple systems while supporting multiple clients
• Represent client brands with consistency and care

Requirements:

• Applicants must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
• Clear, professional communicator
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable multitasking across tools and clients
• Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback

• Required Education: High school or equivalent
