Role Overview
Act on resolving internal and external requests by processing pending lists, reviewing processes and invoices, and verifying documentation to ensure compliance.
Provide support across multiple channels, handling requests that require detailed analysis and follow-up actions.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Prepare training materials and take part in audits of customer service interactions and processes to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.
Provide continuous support to clients, contributing to workflow optimization and improvement of the user experience.
Support service to strategic clients such as construction companies, real estate agencies, and government entities, ensuring personalized and efficient service.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) preferred.
