About this role
Role Overview
Prepare and execute the sales plan for your region, as approved by your GD;
Execute the weekly visit schedule and log visits daily;
Monitor progress toward sales targets in your region, anticipating potential issues to maintain results;
Build a relationship of trust and respect with clients;
Monitor progress on all set targets: revenue, product mix, product activation/placement, and store visits;
Share ideas and techniques with other sales consultants (CVs) to stay current on customer engagement approaches;
Hold regular meetings with key clients and, when necessary, accompanied by your GD. Execute company-defined sales campaigns for clients in your area;
Keep the company updated with information about competitors to inform strategy. Build relationships with local opinion leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed;
Experience in external sales;
Knowledge of sales techniques and a strategic outlook;
Valid driver's license (CNH);
Comfortable with technology.
