Requirements
15+ years in client services, account management, or related roles in high growth agency and creative environments
Experience managing and growing multi-million dollar accounts
Demonstrated experience recruiting, leading, and scaling client service teams
A clear, inspiring communicator who makes complex ideas simple and actionable
Expertise in building and nurturing long-term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and shared ambition
Proven ability to operate at the executive level and collaborate across disciplines
Passion for creativity, innovation, and the business of brand building.
