Requirements
Pragmatic AI Vision: A grounded, expert view on how AI can fundamentally improve software effectiveness without losing sight of user needs.
Development Tool Expertise: Deep experience with IDEs, extensions, or language runtimes. You can engage deeply with Principal Engineers on architectural trade-offs.
The "Data Science" Perspective: A strong background in Analytics or Data Science. You understand the user's “why” as much as the “how”.
Enterprise Groundedness: Experience building software for the unique constraints of Fortune 500 IT environments (auth, security, and compliance).
Collaborative Change Management: A proven ability to lead organizations through periods of growth and technological shifts with empathy and clarity.
