About this role
Role Overview
Identify and research prospective customers within target markets including ambient and technology companies.
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine the potential fit for Atropos Health’s solutions.
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and Sales SVP/-VP-Directors.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Hubspot)
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and sequences.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
2+ years of experience in an SDR role engaging Healthcare Technology, Life Sciences, or Health System accounts
Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages
Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Passionate about healthcare and technology
Ability to work in a virtual environment
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take constructive feedback
Has a professional demeanor and a growth-oriented mindset
