Executive Program Manager

Role Overview

• Partner closely with the CEO to translate ideas into structured narratives.
• Build and own executive-level decks for board meetings.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end project management for CEO-sponsored priorities.
• Establish clear operating cadences and reporting structures.
• Conduct research and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Analyze business performance data to inform decision-making.
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of key meetings.
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions.
• Act as connective tissue across departments to maintain alignment on CEO priorities.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in adtech, digital media, programmatic, or a closely related ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of the adtech landscape, including publishers, DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and core performance metrics.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Exceptional Google Slides skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Low ego, high ownership, and strong accountability.
