Lead the strategic direction of tariff mitigation initiatives, including the automation and optimization of tariff programs, including but not limited to TIB, FSFE, and duty draw back.
Ensure compliance, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency by collaborating with Global Trade, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams
Develop and execute long-term tariff strategies that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cost-saving targets.
Coordinate and drive transformational projects, including: Process automation, Data governance improvements, Technology integrations
All initiatives must align with enterprise goals and regulatory frameworks
Navigate changing tariff landscapes, implement effective mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity and cost optimization
Implement and maintain end-to-end monitoring of all tariff and Temporary Import Bond (TIB) activities, including
Partner with IT and data teams to support system integrations and automation efforts (e.g., JDE, SAP, MuleSoft, Korber, Kinaxis, Databricks).
Lead the development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor end-to-end visibility on TIB compliance metrics and operational performance.
Maintain up-to-date TIB and tariff data in enterprise systems, covering demand planning through outbound shipment.
Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory allocation, customer service, and regulatory exposure.
Prepare Executive Level presentations as required.

Strong interpersonal skills and proven record of strong teaming skills
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively engage with multiple levels of management and cross-functional organizations (Supply Chain, DC Operations, Manufacturing, Global Trade, Regulatory, Finance, Quality, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze data.
Detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multi-task.
Demonstrated ability to be effective in a dynamic and energetic matrix organization with continuously changing program constraints.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, or related degree.
4+ years Supply Chain, Customer Care, and/or Global Trade experience.
Demonstrated experience working in ERP systems (i.e. JDE, SAP, etc.)
Travel required up to 25% to support NASC initiatives and cross functional efforts.
