Ensure that all network infrastructure, databases, servers, hardware and software are operating correctly by supporting configuration, updates and monitoring of IT infrastructure components to enable all business activities.
Provide technical support by handling end-user tickets to resolve IT infrastructure-related issues.
Perform maintenance of the IT infrastructure through preventive maintenance of all infrastructure elements to ensure processes operate fully, securely and with high availability.
Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes during execution, applying procedures and workflows, and proposing actions that enable continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
Document implementations and knowledge developed during support activities by presenting information objectively, categorically and visually to create a shared and transparent understanding of the IT infrastructure.
Act as a trainer and/or reference for other team members through coaching and guidance so everyone can use applications and tools effectively to achieve results.
Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area, including training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor to ensure continuous professional growth and learning aligned with the area’s needs.
Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new IT infrastructure projects for the company.

Bachelor's degree in IT Management or a related field
Basic to intermediate English
Experience with physical and logical network configuration (TCP/IP, IP ranges, subnets/masks, gateways, routing, network topology, etc.)
Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.) and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
Knowledge of firewall rules, security policies and file-sharing protocols
