Procurement of building materials, subcontractor services and other services for residential construction projects
Selection, evaluation and acquisition of suppliers and subcontractors to optimize quality and costs
Leading negotiations and concluding framework agreements with subcontractors
Conducting market analyses to monitor price trends in the construction sector
Ensuring timely material availability and supporting site logistics
Optimising procurement processes in close cooperation with estimating, site management and the technical team

Completed vocational training or degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in technical procurement, ideally in residential construction or the construction industry
Solid knowledge of supplier management and a technical understanding of building materials and construction processes
Strong organisational skills, cost awareness and negotiation skills
Team player with an independent and committed working style
Experience with estimating software (e.g. RIB iTWO, BRZ) and MS Office
