Planning, coordination and supervision of CAPEX and modernization measures (our renovation concept)
Preparation of the annual maintenance plan
Budget planning, monitoring and responsibility for technical measures
Responsible for the refurbishment of vacant or terminated units
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., operator responsibilities, maintenance obligations)
Developing and implementing measures to increase property value
Tendering and awarding technical services
Preparing reports and presentations for management
Analyzing and evaluating real estate investments to identify optimization opportunities
Conducting regular property inspections
Contributing to the development of real estate strategies and property management concepts
Requirements
Degree in a construction-related field (civil engineering, architecture, real estate management with a technical focus, facility management, business administration, or comparable qualification)
Several years of professional experience in technical asset management or in project management of construction projects
Sound knowledge of construction law and procurement law
Experience coordinating contractors and projects
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and team spirit
