About this role
Role Overview
Generate new business opportunities by identifying key decision-makers and engaging them via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Qualify inbound marketing leads and outbound prospects based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria.
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified, high-intent opportunities.
Maintain accurate, real-time records of all activities, lead interactions, and notes in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach).
Conduct research on target accounts to understand their business challenges and tailor messaging.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for activities (dials/emails) and qualified meetings booked.
Work closely with Marketing to align on messaging and support campaign follow-ups.
Requirements
1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development (SaaS or tech experience preferred).
High level of tenacity and grit; ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
Highly coachable, with a desire to learn and receive constructive feedback.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
