Prepare quotations, pricing received from customers within the committed timeline
Responsible for filling the order re: MOQ/MPQ/LT pricing and part numbers.
May also be responsible for changes, advice change of pricing and handle quality issues, customer payment issue.
Responsible for handling quality issues on claims and/or may be responsible for processing claim.
Relationship building with customers i.e. Initiate discussions on possible business opportunities.
May handle requests for sample.
May provide administrative support to Field Sales, when requested
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above.
A minimum of 1 years experience in a sales role or have worked in a customer service role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry
Excellent communication skills (clarity, organized way of thinking)
Good time management skills (works well under pressure)
Good English both in speaking and writing
Good Microsoft office skills, especially good at Excel
Aggressive, independent, proactive, hard-working, service oriented and well-organized.
