About this role
Role Overview
- Operate and manage SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet) in corporate environments.
- Monitor and maintain network security (Zabbix and Elastic), implementing policies and protective measures.
- Analyze network performance, identifying and resolving connectivity and security issues.

- Previous experience in incident management, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and change management (ITIL concepts).

Requirements
- Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or Computer Networks
- Preferred
- Fortinet NSE (Network Security Expert) – for SD-WAN operation.
- ITIL Foundation – aligned with incident management, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and change processes.
- Network certifications:
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP.
- 3 years of experience in network operations, focusing on SD-WAN (Fortinet, Cisco) and security (SOC).
- Preferred: Fluent English
