Support the preparation, updating and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs) related to the procurement process.
Assist in consolidating data, organizing information and building reports to monitor the area's performance.
Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities through interpretation of reported results.
Monitor available balances and expiry dates of active contracts.
Update spreadsheets, systems and internal controls to ensure contracts remain within agreed limits.
Alert the procurement team and requesting departments to possible needs for renewal, supplementation or contract review.
Help route internal requests to the correct contracts, following company policies and guidelines.
Provide support in the purchase order (PO) issuance process within the corporate system.
Track the flow of requests to ensure information accuracy and adherence to established rules.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics or related fields.
Expected graduation date on or after 06/2027.
Intermediate/advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, logical formulas, charts, dashboards).
Power BI (basic data modeling, report creation and visualizations).
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle or similar) — a plus.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and interpretation of KPIs — desirable.
Familiarity with contract management or procurement processes — desirable.
