The EMEA Tyvek® Garments Marketing Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the marketing and sales teams by delivering data-driven insights.
Ensuring operational excellence, and facilitating impactful execution of Marketing and Sales Play initiatives.
Involves supporting marketing operations to drive sales enablement and campaign execution, including lead generation follow-up.
Tracking and analyzing the ROI of marketing initiatives, and collecting critical market data to inform strategic decision-making.
Will serve as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including sales, digital marketing, and analytics.
Implement comprehensive reporting systems, provide regular updates on initiatives, and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently.
Foundational marketing analysis including market sizing, market share analysis, sales evolution, and e-listening monitoring to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field.
Min 3–5 years experience in marketing operations, analytics, or commercial operations roles.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SFDC, and digital analytics tools.
Ability to build and automate dashboards and reports.
Experience with marketing platforms (web analytics, campaign tools) is a plus.
Analytical thinker with excellent data interpretation skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
Proactive/ self-starter, detail‑oriented, and collaborative mindset.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
