Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years in a business analyst, technical analyst, or project management role
Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing the lifecycle of business or data projects
Exposure to reporting and analytics environments; experience working with data teams or BI developers preferred
Certifications in Business Analysis or PM (e.g., PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (e.g., Scrum Master) are a plus
Familiarity with Power BI—capable of understanding report structures, data flows, and data model concepts
Experience with work tracking systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and basic data concepts such as KPIs, data sources, and data validation
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business needs and technical requirements
Comfortable leading meetings, facilitating discussions, and presenting information to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to foster trust, manage expectations, and build consensus
Experience influencing stakeholders and promoting process consistency across teams
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to connect small details to big-picture goals
Adept at identifying ambiguities or gaps in requests and asking the right follow-up questions.
