Requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Management.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a global capability centre or similar environment.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
Proven record of developing leadership.
Deep understanding of the global business landscape and the specific challenges and opportunities of operating in India.
