Work on network support and projects involving Cisco solutions. The professional will work at the client's site, participating in support and project activities and will operate in an assisted capacity;
Respond to the client's support and project requests;
Handle incidents and resolve problems related to support and projects;
Escalate and follow up on tickets with manufacturers/vendors related to support and projects;
Lead and execute technical activities related to the delivery of support and projects;
Prepare and present technical support and project documentation to the client and internal teams;
Requirements
Experience with Cisco solutions;
Strong troubleshooting skills;
Experience supporting critical network environments, load balancing, and information security;
Knowledge of computer network topologies, the TCP/IP protocol, network configuration, and network components (load balancers, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.);
Familiarity with protocols such as HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, LDAP, RADIUS/TACACS, OSPF, BGP, etc.;
Customer-focused mindset and strong customer service skills;
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams;
