Role Overview
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with cardiology centers of excellence globally, fostering long-term collaboration across clinical, scientific, educational, and innovation domains.
Initiate, develop and drive programs that generate measurable improvements in cardiovascular care delivery, research, and education.
Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving clinical practices in cardiology to inform strategic direction.
Understand the needs of healthcare providers seeking to optimize and grow cardiovascular service lines.
Serve as a trusted advisor externally (to clinical leaders) and internally (to product
and research-managers), identifying shared priorities and aligning GE HealthCare’s technologies, data assets, and expertise to support joint objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional engagement across GE HealthCare teams (clinical, commercial, R&D, education, and digital) to support partnership execution.
Lead initiatives that translate clinical insights into scalable innovations, including pilots, validation studies, and translational research programs.
Represent GE HealthCare in external forums, including academic conferences, advisory boards, and collaborative networks.
Monitor evolving trends in cardiovascular medicine and health systems to inform partnership strategy and identify new opportunities.
Support the development of educational programs and knowledge exchange platforms in collaboration with partner institutions.
Requirements
Advanced degree in medicine, biomedical sciences, engineering, or related field; MD, MSc, or equivalent experience such as leading cardiovascular service lines, care transformation, or similar roles.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cardiovascular care, translational research, or strategic partnerships within healthcare.
Proven ability to build and sustain high-trust relationships with clinical leaders and institutions.
Strong understanding of cardiovascular clinical workflows, technologies, and innovation trends.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across complex organizations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences from clinicians to executives.
MBA or equivalent business training (Desired).
Experience working with academic medical centers, professional societies, or global health systems (Desired).
Familiarity with co-creation models, translational research, and clinical validation frameworks (Desired).
Strategic thinker with a passion for advancing cardiovascular care through collaboration and innovation (Desired).
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in dynamic, matrixed environments (Desired).
