Create visual concepts, key visuals and creative executions for digital campaigns (paid media, CRM, social media, emails, landing pages, videos and other digital formats);
Translate strategies and business objectives into consistent, performance-oriented visual solutions;
Work in multidisciplinary squads, collaborating with copywriters, strategists and leadership to build integrated campaigns;
Actively participate in creative ideation, contributing ideas, references and an up-to-date visual repertoire;
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, respecting visual identity, language, tone and positioning;
Develop projects from a visual perspective, proposing creative directions and presenting structured concepts;
Oversee the production of digital and audiovisual assets, providing creative support for motion, editing and, when necessary, on shooting sets.

Experience in art direction for advertising campaigns, with a focus on digital and performance;
Strong visual repertoire, refined aesthetic sense and attention to detail;
Proficiency in composition, typography, color, information hierarchy and building visual systems;
Experience with performance campaigns, social media, CRM, email, landing pages and digital assets;
Knowledge of creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools). Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere or motion is a plus;
Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area of São Paulo once a month for 4 consecutive days, usually during the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
