Coordinate the opening of new stores, ensuring compliance with franchise standards and guidelines
Manage the implementation schedule, working in a hybrid model (remote and on-site) to guarantee deadlines are met
Provide consultative support to franchisees throughout the implementation process
Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient progress of processes
Perform data analysis and prepare management reports for performance monitoring and decision-making support

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
Previous experience in store or franchise implementation, preferably in retail or food service
Experience in project management
Knowledge of franchise processes, from negotiation through store handover
Basic finance knowledge, with emphasis on Income Statement (DRE) analysis, preparation of financial projections and evaluation of return on investment (payback)
