Support the day-to-day operations of the Webflow Certified Partner Program, ensuring policies, benefits, and processes are executed consistently and smoothly.
Manage partner lifecycle workflows, onboarding, tier movement, and offboarding, with a strong focus on partner experience.
Maintain program documentation, partner-facing resources, and internal playbooks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of use.
Track and report on partner program metrics such as applications, onboarding completion, certification progress, engagement, and activation.
Help identify operational gaps or inefficiencies in the program and propose improvements that make the program easier to scale.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support teams to coordinate launches, updates, and partner communications.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in partner programs, program operations, enablement, customer education, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
Experience supporting or executing programs for external audiences (partners, customers, agencies, or communities).
Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or professional services partners is a major plus
